From Chicago
to Lakewood
In 2015, Jay and Kay Lim made their way to Washington from Chicago after Jay was stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Exploring their new home, they saw an opportunity to share the Korean BBQ culture they loved — and Cham Garden was born.
What started as a dream became one of the South Sound's most beloved Korean BBQ spots, earning Restaurant Guru's Best BBQ award in 2019, 2020, and 2023.
Every meal at Cham Garden is a reflection of that original vision: real food, real flavors, and a dining experience that brings people together around the grill.
